Studio Hygiene and Sick Day PROTOCOL

  • IF YOU ARE SICK (COUGH, SORE THROAT, COLD SYMPTOMS, FEVER, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, GENERAL MALAISE, ETC.) PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND STAY HOME.
  • IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SESSION TIME.
  • IF AT ALL POSSIBLE PLEASE WEAR YOUR PILATES CLOTHES TO THE STUDIO INSTEAD OF CHANGING IN THE BATHROOM. THIS WILL REDUCE CONGESTION IN THAT AREA OF THE STUDIO. 
  • WEARING A MASK IS NOW OPTIONAL.
  • PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS OR USE THE HAND SANITIZER PROVIDED PRIOR TO AND AFTER YOUR SESSION OR AFTER COUGHING OR SNEEZING. 
  • COUGH OR SNEEZE INTO A FACE COVERING (TISSUE…) OR THE NOOK OF YOUR ELBOW.  THEN WASH YOUR HANDS.
  • YOUR WORKOUT AREA AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE CLEANED AND DISINFECTED PRIOR TO AND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR SESSION.
