*Introductory package is for new clients who wish to realize the progression of Pilates and have had less than 3 previous sessions.  It is required for those who are new to the studio for equipment training.  This package is available as a one-time purchase to each new client.

Lisa Miller, Owner of Pilates Connection Colorado Springs, is very personable, well
trained and knowledgeable in her Pilates instruction. Lisa tailors your workouts to your
